a.) Exposing in a forward-facing widget for Support personnel assigned to the user's specific account. Exposed information includes Name, Email, Phone, Title.
b.) The user can initiate an email to an Account Team member by selecting their name or email address. Ideally, the functionality would also allow user to message the Account Team member directly within the Community.
c.) If the Account Team members have active Higher Logic user accounts, their profile photo and a link to their Higher Logic profile page will also appear.
